Hooray--we recovered the Schatz Family History Blog!
Hi Everyone, Thanks to our cousin, Gigi Beall, I was able to recover the "lost blog" that I created 20 years ago. Thankfully, Gigi had printed out the entire blog in 2018, just before Google deleted it from their old blogspot platform. I will post the original blog here as a pdf, and as a retirement project will update and extend the content from time to time, so that the next generations will know from whence they came. Gigi is the daughter of my mother Lillian's first cousin, Shirley Geller. Shirley was the sister of Leo Sherker and Batya Amitai. Gigi lives in Maryland and was sweet enough to dig up this document and send it to me. Thanks Gigi. Blogger is Google's current blogging platform, and can be easily accessed if you have a Google account. Love to all, and stay in touch. David
